Vesenda Joins ITIR’s Mindhub Transformative Innovation at the University of Pavia
Vesenda is proud to join the Mindhub Transformative Innovation of ITIR - Institute for Transformative Innovation Research, the next-generation observatory on transformative innovation at the University of Pavia.
On October 25, 2023, an event at the University of Pavia marked the official start of the Mindhub Transformative Innovation. The event was attended by a select group of top managers representing their companies, including Vesenda founders Alessandro Giancane and Stefano Conconi. It was an opportunity to stimulate debate and networking among researchers, businesses, and opinion leaders, and to discuss the state of transformative innovation in Italy.
In addition to the main partners Angelini Industries, beSharp, and Risorse spa, the working group includes major and influential companies undergoing significant transformation processes, such as Cimbali, Crédit Agricole Italia, Goglio, Poste Italiane, Qualis Credit Risk, and StartupItalia. The group also includes excellence from the Pavia ecosystem, such as Cifarelli, ICSS, ITP, and Vesenda. Other authoritative partners include the Foundation for Digital Sustainability and the scale-up Planet Farms, as well as the innovation hub G-Gravity.
The “Mindhub” model is the academic-business collaboration platform of the Institute for Transformative Innovation Research (ITIR) at the University of Pavia, which rethinks the classic “observatory” format. This ITIR Mindhub focuses on the concept of “Transformative Innovation,” referring to an epochal change process that simultaneously combines three major directions of our time: (a) revolution in business models, (b) digital transformation, and rethinking corporate purpose (towards greater attention to the virtuous intertwining of prosperity, environmental sustainability, and social sustainability).
