This book tells the stories of thirty innovative companies from the Pavia province, representing the economical fabric of this strategical territory. These enterprises — both well-established and newly founded — share a common trait despite different sizes and sectors: the skill to integrate deep-rooted expertise, a strong organizational culture, and a genuine openness to innovation. Here, “innovation” is understood in its broadest sense: the rethinking of production processes, the development of new business models, the enhancement of human capital, and the design of solutions capable of addressing the demands of an increasingly dynamic and evolving world.
