Modulo per la Segnalazione di illeciti in azienda (Whistleblowing e PdR 125:2022)

La lavoratrice/lavoratore o qualunque altro soggetto abbia interesse, può inviare la propria segnalazione tramite modulo dedicato ai sensi della Prassi UNI PdR 125/2022 (Sistema di Gestione Parità di Genere) e del D.Lgs 24/2023 (Whistleblowing).

Il presente modulo permette di effettuare una segnalazione rispetto a fatti o comportamenti illeciti che si sono verificati nel contesto di lavoro, lesivi della persona o dell’interesse pubblico o dell’interesse dell’azienda e del suo buon nome / reputazione.

La segnalazione può essere inoltrata anche in forma anonima.

Corporate Misconduct Reporting Form (Whistleblowing and Pdr 125:2022)

Employees or any other interested party may submit a report using this dedicated form, in accordance with the UNI PdR 125:2022 standard (Gender Equality Management System) and Legislative Decree 24/2023 (Whistleblowing).

This form allows the reporting of illicit acts or behaviours occurring within the workplace that are detrimental to individuals, the public interest, or the company’s interests and reputation.

Reports may also be submitted anonymously.
