Vesenda promotes merit and skills in the assignment of roles and responsibilities, valuing diversity and struggling all forms of discrimination in order to develop a working environment based on respect, meritocracy and organisational well-being.
Vesenda is committed to preventing and combating moral and sexual harassment and any form of violation of personal dignity, opposing and prosecuting any act or behaviour that constitutes harassment or violence in the workplace.
To ensure an inclusive and safe environment, in 2025 Vesenda embarked on a process to implement a Gender Equality Management System in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022, in line with its ongoing commitment to maintaining inclusivity and equity within the organisation.
In order to pursue this objective, Vesenda has established a Gender Equality Steering Committee whose function is to promote prevention, information and awareness-raising among workers and to monitor any possible risk situations, providing the necessary support in the prevention of all forms of discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
The path towards greater gender equality began in 2023 with the drafting and publication of the Code of Ethics, which was accompanied at the end of 2025 by the preparation of the Company Gender Equality Policy, initiating the process to led in 2026 to UNI/PdR 125:2022 gender certification, an important milestone that confirms the effectiveness of the actions taken.
This roadmap represents a starting point towards more ambitious goals for the next three years.
